Delete your Zilk account

You can delete your Zilk account and its personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it — from inside the app, or by asking us directly.

1. In the Zilk app (fastest)

Open the Zilk app, go to your Profile, and choose Delete account. You'll confirm with your password, and the account is deleted straight away.

2. By email

Can't get into the app? Email support@zilk.io from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What happens to your data

When an account is deleted, we scrub every personal detail:

Your name, email, and phone number are permanently removed.
Your password is destroyed and sign-in is disabled — the account can't be used again.
Push notifications to your devices are switched off.

The only thing we keep is an anonymized count of past deal redemptions, with no personal information attached, so restaurants' overall totals stay accurate. It cannot be linked back to you.
